Jeremy O’Mard is owner of O'Mard Consulting and a Senior Managing Consultant in the Hybrid Cloud Management (HCM) Practice of IBM Consulting where he provides IT infrastructure security, support, and thought leadership to his client base. He holds a proven track record in leadership, problem-solving, successful technical implementations, and troubleshooting, ensuring that contingencies are in place so that projects are successfully completed on schedule. Jeremy has extensive knowledge of technical operations, system administration, and application security, with more than 10 years' experience working with non-profit, commercial, state, and federal organizations. He leverages his strong customer facing and relationship building skills and experience working collaboratively with clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders to see projects through from inception to implementation. In addition to his work at IBM, Jeremy is a Major in the Maryland Defense Force (MDDF), a volunteer uniformed state military agency and one of the three components of the Maryland Military Department where he serves as the commander of the 256th Cyber Defense Unit.
