Steve is the managing principal of Double Eagle Consulting. A seasoned management consultant, he helps clients grow their business by developing go to market strategies, coaching sales teams, penetrating new accounts, winning more work, building strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping shape and win large deals. He also helps companies improve internal processes and re-organize to optimize performance. He has over 30 years’ experience consulting to companies and federal agencies in senior executive roles at KPMG, BearingPoint, Deloitte, Accenture, and BDO. Steve has facilitated planning and strategy sessions and designed and taught business development and communication courses for clients and in corporate settings, including at Accenture’s Global Training Center. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Steve holds a BS in political science and an MS degree in business and finance from Johns Hopkins University.

Where do the sessions take place?

Each session takes place online or in person (limited availability - Galson Research HQ, Baltimore, MD). Online sessions are administered through our private video conferencing server.

Are longer sessions available?

Yes, however, multiple hours would require a consulting engagement. Email hello@galson.com for more information on how to turn your call into a consulting engagement. You will still receive the protections afforded to you by the network and we will handle payment details. 

Refund Policy

While we do not offer refunds, if you have a problem where an expert doesn't show for their video session (things happen) or you aren't satisfied with the value received from your session, please email hello@galson.com and we will work with you until you are satisfied. 

Can I reschedule or cancel?

We understand that things come up and there may be times where you need to reschedule. We ask that you limit your reschedules or cancellations. Your expert has agreed upon a time  to give help quickly, so it's important to have mutual respect of each other's time. 

Can I record the session?

We do not record sessions for confidentiality purposes. If you would like to record the session, please email hello@galson.com to arrange a recorded session.
